John P. Ryan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dresser, Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer from December 2004 until his appointment as CEO in May 2007. Previously he was Vice President of Dresser, Inc. and President of Dresser Wayne. He joined Dresser Wayne in 1987 as a National Accounts Sales Manager and served in a variety of increasingly senior management positions. Prior to Dresser Wayne, Mr. Ryan worked for 10 years with Goulds Pumps, Inc. in various sales capacities in Singapore and the United States. |

Linda Rutherford is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Dresser, Inc. Before joining Dresser in May 2006, she was Vice President and General Counsel for the Network Centric Systems technology business of Raytheon Company, where she had worked since 1999. From 1990 to 1996, she held management positions with First Interstate Bank of Texas, N. A. (Wells Fargo Bank, N. A.), and from 1984 to 1990 she practiced with the law firm of Winstead, McGuire, Sechrest and Minick, P. C. |

Marty R. Kittrell is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dresser, Inc. Prior to joining Dresser in December of 2007 he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Andrew Corporation from October 2003 to December 2007, and Vice President, Strategic Planning from June 2002 to September 2003. He has also been a Director of NiSource, Inc. since May 2007. |

Scott Coleman is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development for Dresser Inc. Prior to joining Dresser, Mr. Coleman served in a number of senior executive roles at General Electric including Chief Marketing Officer for GE Industrial Systems, CMO and PGM of GE's Sensing Business and Corporate Executive Director, Marketing where he developed GE's Ecomagination program. Prior to GE he was with Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley where he held marketing and business leadership positions with progressive responsibility. |

Martha Bixby is Vice President, Environmental Health & Safety and Chief Sustainability Officer. Most recently she served as Global Director, Environmental Health and Safety at Dresser. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Ms. Bixby held a variety of increasingly responsible EHS positions in Saint-Gobain, Inc. and their subsidiary Certain Teed Corp. from 1991 to 2004, and for Stewart-Todd Associates, an EHS Consultancy where she specialized in industrial hygeine, air quality investigation and environmental permitting in both the public and private sectors. |

Brian White is Vice President, Reengineering of Dresser, Inc and currently serving as the Interim President of the Power and Compression Segment of Dresser, Inc. Mr. White previously served as Vice President, Technology of Dresser Equipment Group, Inc. Prior to joining the group, he was with Sperry-Sun Drilling services in a number of roles working on the company's MWD Systems, including Senior Design Engineer, Program Manager, Technical Director, Program Director and Vice President of Manufacturing. He began his career in 1981 with Caterpillar as a Maintenance Engineer before moving to Orbit Controls as a Design Engineer working on the design, installation and commissioning of Industrial Control Systems. |

Robbie Marshall is interim Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to her current position, she served as Dresser's Director, Compensation and Benefits since 2001. Ms. Marshall spent the early years of her career at Dresser Industries in Human Resources roles with progressive responsibility, then joined a Dresser spin-off, Global Industrial Technologies, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to rejoining Dresser, she held the Director, Human Resources role at Trinity Industries. |

Darrin F. Whitney is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Dresser, Inc. He joined Dresser in June 2003 as Director, Accounting Services and became Vice President, Information Technology in September 2005. Prior to joining Dresser, Mr. Whitney was the Senior Director of Information Technology Reengineering at VarTec Telecom. Prior to beginning his career in information technology, Mr. Whitney, a CPA, served in various financial management positions with Nokia Inc, General Motors Corporation and KPMG Peat Marwick. |

Barry Glickman is President of the Flow Technologies Segment of Dresser, Inc. Most recently he served as President of Dresser Inc.'s Power and Compression segment. Prior to joining Dresser, Mr. Glickman spent 10 years at GE, where he held a series of increasingly responsible positions including General Manager for GE Distributed Energy, Chief Marketing Officer for GE Security, and General Manager for the Jenbacher gas engine division of GE Energy. Prior to GE, he was a management consultant at McKinsey and Co., where he specialized in the electric utility and oil and gas industries. |

Daniel E. Jezerinac is President of the Infrastructure Solutions Segment of Dresser Inc. Before assuming this position in 2006, he served as President of the On/Off Valve Division of Dresser and the Vice President of the Dresser Roots Business Unit. Mr. Jezerinac joined Dresser in 1977 as a Field Engineer and held various sales and operations positions, including Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Sperry-Sun Drilling Services. |

Neil H. Thomas is President of the Measurement and Distribution Segment of Dresser Inc. He previously served as President of Dresser Wayne -North America and as Vice President, Global Business Development. Prior to joining the Company in 2003, Mr. Thomas served as Vice President, Marketing for Tokheim Corporation. He was a strategic management consultant with Arthur D. Little from 1998 to 2001 and previously served in several sales, marketing and planning roles with Chevron Corporation in the United Kingdom.
